White IPAs don’t get enough love in my opinion. They are dripping with all the stuff people love about hazies, but I first started seeing them pop up around 2010.

This one is not made to be hazy hazy, just hit some of the notes. The esters come from a Belgian wit yeast, chosen for it’s low phenols (which I am incredibly sensitive to, and caused me to dump a beer last year).

Superdelic and strata seem like an unlikely pair, but I really like the dank tropical of Strata against the light tropical of kiwi hops.

Also, for a yeti/abominable snowman themed label I spent a bit of time looking at metal from the Himalayas. I went with a Nepali Thrash band for the spotify link, check it out.
